This was an eNewsletter I sent out weekly to all site administrators at SCU – it was an effective way of keeping everyone informed about anything to do with the SCU web space – new sites, maintenance, staff absences, training opportunities, conferences etc, etc. I’d tried this stye of communication previously, ie: eNews, but it was not particularly successful when using standard email to distribute it (e.g. Outlook or Eudora). The task was made much more effective when I started using Mail List Manager (from nTech Media) and recipients were very positive about it.
