Mandy, Lacebark’s owner, specialises in Landscape Design and Environmental Planning. Lacebark is a multi-disciplinary practice providing ecological and landscape design services on the Far North Coast of NSW from Coffs Harbour to Tweed Heads. This site is an update of an earlier and outdated site.

Established in 2010, the goal of Lacebark is to conserve, enhance and create beautiful landscapes where people and nature may coexist. Our landscapes are both functional and beautiful, distinctly Australian and ecologically sound. With knowledge and experience in assessment of many types of vegetation communities and ecosystems of the region, Lacebark provides field surveys, impact assessments, sound remedial management planning recommendations and landscape design for commercial urban developments as well as for private rural and residential projects. Our designs use mostly Australian local native species suited to the soils and ecosystems of a project site, creating a sense of place for the garden, and offsetting the impacts of development by providing foraging and habitat for native fauna.

Mandy is also an outstanding photographer – well worth checking out her Instagram feed.
